For our KIDS LOVE TO ® website series, content must be reviewed and corrected by the parent or guardian prior to submission. Materials for submission must be created by children 18 years or younger. College students up to 21 years old may submit their creations only if their submissions were created at 18 years or younger. We reserve the right to reject any content that we feel are inappropriate (e.g., inappropriate language or subject matter for young viewers.) Should your content be rejected, we will e-mail you to let you know. All fees minus a processing fee will be refunded to you. Once the content is published or posted on our websites, the fees are not refundable. All copyrights for content such as illustrations or clipart must be indicated in your submission where appropriate. The content submitted will be on the website for the lifetime of the website. We commit to supporting the website and your content for a minimum of one year. Should we need to permanently end a service in less than one year, we will refund you the pro-rated fees for the content residing on the website less than one year. Removal or change of content: We will remove your content at your request. You need to submit a deletion form to do this. The signatures must match those on the original request form otherwise the content will not be deleted. Should you want to replace the existing content, you need to follow the steps to delete or update the existing content as per website instruction.

For our other websites, the Client needs to contact us to make changes to their website or entry.
